RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Flamingolandia purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact as firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make things right.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
- Mail your return to:

- Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Calle Gonzalez Gonzalez 1, Piso 2, Puerta 308 Puerto de Santiago Santa Cruz de Tenerife ES 38683.
